This retreat is about moving your body and opening your heart. You’ll flow, sweat, stretch, and breathe — alongside people who are on a similar path. Expect real connection, shared laughter, and the kind of movement that brings you back home to yourself.
Dynamic Movement
Each day will have movement practices such as vinyasa flow, restorative, and full body Sculpt and in our beautiful Shala that overlooks the Caribbean sea. You’ll get to dive into breathwork and anchor your mind and energy in meditations with the sounds of waves close by.

Whether it be through movement, sharing in meals or connection workshops, you will be surrounded by like minded individuals who will become life long friends sharing in some of the most epic memories together.
Cultural Adventures and Experiences
Experience Afro Dance classes led by the natives of the Sierra Nevada. You’ll have the option of adventures such as a sunset horseback ride along the beach and visiting a local waterfall.Â

Jose is a passionate yoga instructor with certifications in vinyasa, meditation, trauma-informed yoga, and yin/restorative practices. He is dedicated to creating experiences that encourage self-discovery through movement and breath.
For Jose, yoga has provided the tools to live an authentic and intuitive life, deeply connected to his purpose. His goal is to help others find the same connection by honoring the breath and body through yoga postures and pranayama. Jose’s teachings empower students to embrace the present moment and explore their physical, mental, and spiritual growth, unlocking freedom and fulfillment along the way.
Gustavo Handam, Cycle/Strength/Fitness InstructorÂ
Retreat Lead
Gustavo Handam is a wellness coach and movement facilitator with over four years of experience teaching indoor cycling, sculpt, and strength training. What began as a passion for fitness evolved into a deeper calling. Coaching people through movement while creating spaces where they feel safe, supported, and truly seen.
Now a full-time coach, Gustavo believes movement is more than physical, it’s a gateway to self-awareness, discovery, and connection. Through his classes and community, he has built environments where people don’t just work out, but reconnect with themselves and each other. Movement became the tool that helped him step into his own authenticity and a stronger and higher version of himself and it’s the same journey he’s passionate about sharing with others.

Afro Dance Class
Learn about ancient dance culture from a teacher and live musicians. This dance can be considered a symbolic way to communicate with the natural powers or to directly access the spirit world. The concept is that the dancer assumes the identity of an ancestral spirit for a certain period of time performing different movements with his body.
Quebrada Valencia Waterfall Trip
Waterfalls like you’ve never seen them before! Hidden in the jungle, we will go explore and spend the day jumping, diving, swimming, and lounging in and by the magical waterfalls of the Quebrada Valencia. Includes transportation to and from the venue.
