Waiver and Release of Liability

By completing your purchase for any event, retreat, workshop, or activity hosted by Create Your Fate Retreats (“CYF Retreats”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in any CYF Retreats event may include, but is not limited to, activities such as yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, coaching, sound healing, excursions, physical activities, travel, and related wellness practices, all of which carry inherent risks of physical, emotional, and mental exertion that could result in personal injury, emotional distress, or property damage.

2. Health Declaration

You affirm you are in good physical, mental, and emotional health and capable of participating in the activities offered. You agree to consult with a physician if you have concerns about your ability to participate and will inform facilitators of any relevant medical conditions or concerns prior to participation.

3. Voluntary Participation

You acknowledge your participation is entirely voluntary and that you may withdraw at any time.

4. Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate, you, on behalf of yourself, your heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and discharge Meg Ellis, Create Your Fate Retreats, its owners, officers, facilitators, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained during your participation in or travel to and from any CYF Retreats event.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including legal fees, that may result from your participation in any CYF Retreats event.

6. Photography & Media Release

You consent to the use of photographs, videos, or other media taken during any CYF Retreats event for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

7. Force Majeure

You understand that if an event is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of government), CYF Retreats is not liable for costs incurred by you, including but not limited to travel and accommodation expenses.

8. Governing Law

This waiver and release shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state in which the event is held.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Waiver and Release of Liability in full, and that you participate in any CYF Retreats event voluntarily and at your own risk.
